The Single Administrative Document is a form that must be completed whenever the goods come by sea or by air delivery. However, it does not need to be complete if you receive the package by courier from China and this has not been retained by the Customs Office.
In almost all cases transport companies fill in the form and send it digitally to the Tax Agency. The transport company introduces our company data and data of the goods in the Tax Agency system and thus we get the document with the fees and taxes that we have to pay. They will charge us either in advance or in 30, 60, 90 or 120 days.
